Sahagun was paired with Stumptown Coffee Roasters and Claudio Corallo Chocolate.
KA-POW! has the bold flavor & aroma of coffee with the physicality of chocolate, all while adding no chocolate; a coffee bar. It has a pure coffee bean flavor and a crunchy texture without the unpleasant hardened shards of coffee bean.

NED LUDD now serving local chocolates for dessertPosted on Nov 20, 2009 in News If you haven't already eaten at this scrumptiously wonderful restaurant, you have even more reason to do it: They have rounded up four local chocolate artisans to put their work on a chocolate tasting dessert plate for those who have only enough room for a few tasty morsels after their DELICIOUS meal.
Anyway, a big THANK YOU to Ned Ludd for recognizing the work of chocolatiers in Portland. We love you! |
