About Us:
Us is really just me, Elizabeth Montes. I make all the products sold here and at the few shops you see above. I still temper and enrobe by hand. I make it, then it goes away. Then I make some more.... I occasionally take days off, but I always return. My biggest pleasure is seeing people eat what I make. Thank you!
